The award was presented at the association’s 15th Annual Awards Celebration in Clearwater Beach, Florida, on January 3, 2025.
The NADRA competition draws entries from deck builders across North America, judged across categories that include wood, composite, and specialty decks. According to the association, winning projects are evaluated on craftsmanship, technical execution, and problem-solving in areas such as framing, custom fabrication, and integrated detail work. A third-place placement in the Wood Deck category placed the company’s work among the entries recognized at the national level rather than within a single local market.
The winning entries from each year’s competition are published by the North American Deck and Railing Association, which has recognized outdoor living and decking projects at an annual awards celebration for more than a decade. For homeowners in the Atlanta area, an independent placement of this kind offers an outside measure of a builder’s craftsmanship, judged against companies from across the continent rather than only nearby competitors.
The recognized project was built with Ipe, a dense South American hardwood that the company works with alongside other exotic hardwoods such as Tigerwood and Cumaru.
